BAYLY WILL:
- Hold quarterly in-person town halls every year and work across the aisle to deliver on what matters — lowering costs, protecting freedoms, and building a better future for South Jersey.
- Cut the corporate strings – strengthen the FEC, empower state enforcement, support the SHINE Act and DISCLOSE Act, and fight to overturn Citizens United.
- End the era of career politicians – push for term limits in Congress (2 terms in the Senate and 5 terms in the House), 18-year terms for the Supreme Court, and a national ban on gerrymandering.
- Hold our government to a higher standard – ban individual stock trading for members of Congress and other high-level officials, require a code of conduct for the Supreme Court, and prevent presidential self-enrichment.
- Preserve a nonpartisan justice system – restore an independent Department of Justice and protect Inspectors General.
- Reject corporate PAC money and contributions from PACs representing foreign interests.
- Fight to end the presidential pardon power that undermines the rule of law.
