BAYLY WILL:
- Create good-paying, union-backed jobs across South Jersey by ensuring rural and coastal communities receive their fair share of federal investment—fueling small-business growth and long-term economic resilience.
- Support organized labor by protecting the right to organize, strengthening collective bargaining, and making sure every job provides fair pay, strong benefits, and safe working conditions.
- Oppose North Jersey and New York casinos that threaten South Jersey jobs and livelihoods.
- Support public education by fully funding our schools, paying teachers what they deserve, and protecting the pensions and benefits educators have earned.
- Expand access to vocational schools, apprenticeships, and technical training programs that create a strong pathway to good jobs without a four-year degree.
