MAYS LANDING, NJ — Congressional candidate for NJ-2, Bayly Winder, today announced the endorsement of James Schroeder, marking another major step forward in the campaign’s growing momentum and expanding coalition of support across Atlantic County.

Schroeder is the former Chair of the Atlantic County Democratic Committee. His past roles also include Atlantic County Commissioner at Large, NJEA executive, and Egg Harbor Township educator, with decades of experience serving local families through education, labor leadership, and public service.

“Bayly Winder is the kind of leader South Jersey needs in this moment,” said Schroeder. “He gets what working families in Atlantic County are up against and has the experience and integrity to deliver results. I’m proud to stand with him in his campaign for Congress.”

Winder said Schroeder’s endorsement reflects the growing momentum his campaign is building in Atlantic County.

“Jim has spent his life serving this community, across education and government,” said Bayly Winder. “I’m honored to have his support and excited to keep building a campaign that delivers real results for families in South Jersey.”

Winder has earned endorsements from elected officials in Egg Harbor City, Pleasantville, and Hamilton Township. As the June primary approaches, Winder’s campaign continues to consolidate support across Atlantic County and throughout the district.
